Concept explored · 2026MARVN began as an AI-powered compliance and documentation review tool for architecture, landscape architecture and design consultancies.As general-purpose AI agents became increasingly capable of performing similar tasks, the concept evolved into an all-in-one ISO 9001 quality management platform, helping design studios establish, manage and maintain their quality management systems and prepare for independent certification.Why we retired itThe revised concept presented a more defensible commercial opportunity, but introduced substantial development complexity, specialist compliance requirements and ongoing maintenance obligations.Ultimately, the investment required to bring MARVN to market outweighed its immediate appeal relative to other ventures in development.Outcome: Explored, repositioned and retired before development.
